Who we are and what we do
Who doesn’t want to find the perfect fit, the first time?
onefit.ai® was born out of frustration by Hinesh Mandalia, a keen runner who simply couldn’t find the right trainer fit to support his running.
Hinesh had a desire to change our shopping habits, by finding the right shoe fit, for the first time. A team of developers were brought on board to help develop this ai tool. onefit.ai won a grant with Innovate UK Net Zero Living to aid development and to help bring it to market.
Finding the perfect shoe fit, first time is something many of us struggle with. But, what if we said we had the solution to solve this common problem and at the same time reduce waste across the planet?
Our story is one of passion, to change the way in which we buy shoes and to find the perfect fit across brands, shapes and sizes, whilst at the same time reducing waste.
Driven by cutting edge technology onefit.ai accurately measures your foot, giving you your shoe size and foot width. When you use the ai tool you can order the right shoe with confidence, helping you to not only find the perfect fit, but it also helps you to reduce the number of shoes that end up in landfill year on year.
You’ll find us in the heart of Old Street in London, a hub for tech and fashion.
onefit.ai team
To help you and your customers find the perfect fit, whatever the shoe and whatever the use. We want to minimise waste by reducing the number of shoes returned and help to decrease landfill across the globe.
Our commitment is to support the UN Sustainable Development Goals. In aiding customers to find the right fit, the first time, we can reduce unnecessary returns, packaging wastes and carbon emissions.
We contribute to:
Every correct fit is a step toward a more sustainable future.
Reduce the number of returns by finding the right fit, the first time.
‘One size doesn’t fit all’. We focus on minimising fit errors by using accurate measurements and personal data to recommend the right shoe size across a variety of models and brands.
We prioritise solutions that reduce returns and the environmental impact of overproduction. Our goal is to reduce the 22 billion pairs of shoes that end up in landfill each year.
